By accessing our website and using our services, including online programming courses, coding bootcamp programs, and web development resources, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodeVerge, a company registered at 1 Thibault Square, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have the right to use our programming learning platform.

To register for our software engineering and web development courses, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you guarantee that all provided information is accurate and current, and you undertake to maintain it in such condition.

CodeVerge provides access to educational content, including video lessons, interactive programming exercises, projects, tests, and other materials for learning coding skills. We offer various programs: from basic courses for beginners to advanced bootcamp programs in software engineering.

Upon payment for a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational materials exclusively for personal educational use. You do not have the right to copy, distribute, resell, modify, or create derivative works based on our programming and web development content.

All course materials, including code, interface design, logos, educational videos, and text content, are protected by copyright and are the property of CodeVerge or our licensors. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal liability and immediate termination of access to the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions performed under your account on the programming learning platform. You undertake to immediately notify CodeVerge of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes, upload malicious software, spam, offensive content, or materials that violate the rights of others. You may not share access to paid content of our coding bootcamp programs with unauthorized users or use automated tools to collect data from the website.

When participating in forums, chats, or collaborative software engineering projects, you undertake to behave respectfully towards other students and instructors. We reserve the right to moderate content and remove any materials that violate these rules, as well as suspend or terminate access for violators without refund.

The cost of CodeVerge courses and programs is indicated in South African Rand (ZAR) and other currencies at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already paid programming courses. Payment is processed through secure payment gateways, and all transactions are subject to verification.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most of our online web development and programming courses. To receive a refund, you must request it within 14 days of purchase and not have accessed more than 30% of the course content. Refunds for specialized bootcamp programs and corporate packages are governed by separate terms.

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Funds are refunded using the same method used for payment. CodeVerge reserves the right to deny a refund in case of abuse of the refund policy or violation of the terms of use of the programming learning platform.

CodeVerge provides the educational platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our programming and software engineering courses will lead to employment, a certain level of income, or specific career outcomes, although we strive to provide high-quality education.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, lost profits, or interruption of learning in the coding bootcamp. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course.

CodeVerge is not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, content errors, or actions of third parties. We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation of the online learning platform but do not guarantee constant availability or absence of errors in our web development and programming courses.

CodeVerge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms of Use, including violation of academic integrity rules, distribution of coding bootcamp program content, or offensive behavior. For serious violations, termination may be immediate without refund.

We may change, suspend, or terminate any aspects of our services, including software engineering course content, platform functionality, or subscription terms, with 30 days' prior notice. Significant changes to the structure of paid programming courses will be communicated to you in advance.
